By accessing or using KiwiNova Dine, operated by KiwiNova Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

KiwiNova Dine is a restaurant management platform providing tools for menu management, table bookings, order processing, staff management, kitchen display, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Do not resell or redistribute the platform without written consent.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KiwiNova Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
